Accessibility

We want everyone in the county to be able to use this website and visit our offices.

This website

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA: text that resizes, enough contrast, descriptions for images, and pages that work with a keyboard and a screen reader.

Our offices

Lancaster has a ramp at the front door and a ground-floor meeting room. Lititz has a ramp at the back door off the alley. Strasburg has one step at the door; call ahead and we’ll meet you at your car or come to your home.
